Bottle Vase

A simple bottle form: straight, slightly tapering walls that round into a sloped shoulder and a short, narrow neck. The surface carries visible throwing lines, small dark speckles in the clay, and a single pale run of glaze down the front. The foot is left bare, showing the clay underneath.
The satin grey-white glaze has a soft, quiet finish that sits well on a shelf or table on its own. The narrow mouth suits a single stem or a few dried grasses, and since it is glazed inside, it holds water for fresh flowers too.
